Delivery

UK delivery (including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, and the Isle of Man)

I use Royal Mail Special Delivery to UK addresses only (This is a tracked before 1pm next day service, some of the islands it may be before 5.30pm).

Delivery is £15 and £1 for each additional coral.

Collection

I'm not open for onsite viewing however if you are in west Cornwall, collection may be possible, please email me and I'll see what we can organise.

Delivery in Cornwall

If you already have Cornwall Aquarium Services  assisting you with your tank, they may be able to delivery your order. Please speak to them  directly to see if this will be possible. If you are a cornwall resident I can whole heartedly reccomend their extremely professional, friendly and reasonably priced services.

Packaging

Heat packs are used if necesssary and corals are always double or triple bagged (sometimes Quadruple Bagged!) and carefully packaged into poly boxes with newspaper or packing nuts, and a heatpack depending on the weather conditions. A Cardboard outer box may be used it if is very cold.

Acclitisation Instructions are included with your order.

 

Corals particularly Soft Corals and LPS may appear shrunken or discoloured when delivered, this is normal and they regain their usual apppearance very quickly.

If in doubt please email me a photograph for advice. I'll always do my best to help.

Delivery Days

Please contact me when you purchase to agree a suitable delivery day. Delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Sorry I dont offer Saturday deliveries due to the chance of a delay and the coral then not being delivered until Monday.

Live Arrival Guarantee

​Corals are supplied with a live arrival guarantee.

Problems with delivery are very rare but life seems to ensure there will always be one at some point.

In the  very unlikely event of a problem please contact me and I will do my best to resolve it for you.

In the event of DOA please send me a photogrtaph of the coral in it's original bag within an hour of delivery.

The Live arrival guarantee applies to shipped orders only, not collections.

Delivery Address

I will post for the mutually agreed delivery date so that you can be sure somone will be at the delivery address.

 

Postage is usually to your home address, however, I'm happy to post to a neighbour or a work address if this is more convenient. Your order won't be left anywhere but the address on the parcel. I cannot accept responsibility for misssed delivery attempts.

 

​​A word on Dipping

I do not advise dipping newly delivered corals as this can cause more stress and result in death. All frags are inspected before packing to ensure they are as clean as possible. If you wish to dip please allow them a couple of days to recover from transit.
