Q. How do you pack your corals to ensure they arrive safely.

A. Corals are always shipped in polybags with plenty of water.

I use polystyrene boxes and if it is very cold cardboard on the outside as well.

Heat packs are used if the weather is cold to help keep the temperature stable.

Any voids within the box are filled with polystyrene packing nuts or newspaper.

Q. How do I acclimatise my corals when they arrive.

A. Acclimatisation instructions will be supplied with your order.

Q. My coral doesn’t look like I expected it too.

A. Some corals especially LPS and soft corals will look discoloured and shrunken until they have

been acclimatised to your aquarium. Their normal colour and size will return once they have

settled. Lighting plays a huge role in the way colours appear and the colour will often look

slightly different depending on bulb manufacturer and lighting intensity.

Q. I think the coral has arrived dead, what do I do?

A. All orders have a live arrival guarantee. If you think there is a problem when you open your

parcel please take a photo and email me the picture within an hour so that I can advise what to

do. Don't add it to your aquarium until I get back to you.

Float it your sump or the top of the display tank with the lights off (contact me here)

Q. Can I visit your shop?

A. Unfortunately I’m mail order only at the moment.

Q. Can I get more more information about a coral?

A. Yes just contact me with any questions you have, I’ll do my best to help.

Q. Have you got other corals I can buy that are not on your website.

A. Almost certainly yes! Just contact me and let me know what you are looking for.
